<br /> Construction Manager for the design of over 27 miles of watermain to complete the potable water system of the entire Village. The Master Plan was
<br /> prepared that included a computerized model of the entire system and public workshops and meetings were held to inform and educate the residents
<br /> of the extensive work and cost involved in the project. C3TS also prepared special taxing districts to better explain the finances of the project.

<br /> Construction Manager for the improvements within the South Miami Downtown area. The first phase of the improvements consisted of. the design,
<br />b. permitting, and construction of streetscape improvements on SW 73 St., SW 58 Ave., and SW 58 Ct. The improvements included approximately
<br /> 1100 linear feet of 12" DIP watermain extension and new drainage systems. These updated systems were vital to allow the downtown area to
<br /> develop and expand. The second phase of work consisted of the design, permitting, and construction of complete streetscape improvements within
<br /> the downtown South Miami area on SW 58 Ave. and on SW 73 St. between SW 58 Ave. and SW 57 Ct. The project extended three blocks and
<br /> included new wide pedestrian friendly sidewalks, irrigation, lighting, landscaping, 210 Linear feet of 12" DIP watermain, and new drainage systems.
<br /> The third phase of work consisted of the design, permitting, construction of sidewalk, drainage and watermain improvements within South Miami's
<br /> downtown area on SW 74 S1. between SW 59 C1. and SW 57 C1. and SW 73 St. between SW 59 Ct. and SW 58 Ct.

<br /> of North Miami's Parks & Recreation Department, this facility will occupy a very highly visible location within the western end of the City. This project
<br /> is currently in process of Silver LEED certification.

<br /> Project Engineer for this project that involved field surveying, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration of drainage improvements
<br /> at 10 locations throughout the Village. These 10 areas were identified by the Village as having flooding problems. The improvements included new
<br /> drainage structures, exfiltration trenches, outfalls, and asphalt overlays. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
