POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(954) 560-9871 <br /> <br />The project consisted of a brand new 10,000 sq. ft. branch library including new parking area, and <br />the relocation of existing tennis and shuffleboard courts. The library functions as a meeting place <br />for the community. There is a multipurpose room with room for over 100 hundred people, with <br />audio-visual components and a food preparations area. There is an automatic overhead screen and <br />microphone attachments for lectures and other events. A drive-through book drop-off is <br />conveniently placed by the parking area and within access from the inside of the facility by the <br />circulation workroom. The main library space is a large column free space, well lit by indirect <br />lighting. There is a children's play area with primarily north facing window openings that will allow <br />a view towards the park setting. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
