County; incorporates 19 standard classrooms, 1 computer lab, 4 general science labs with a central <br /> storage and preparation room, 2 teacher planning rooms with separate toilet facilities, as well as student <br /> group toilet rooms for each sex at each floor. This classroom addition building was designed on a <br /> modular basis with flexibility in mind to allow for adaptation to varying site conditions with minimal design <br /> changes. Student restrooms and mechanical rooms are stacked for construction economies. Built in 1926 and designed by Architect Walter Degarmo, the coral rock building's structural concrete was <br /> spalling. TRP specified stabilization of the deteriorating concrete by using epoxy injection and restoration <br /> of the re-bar. The 4300 sf structure's main hall roof is conventionally wood framed and rises to a height <br /> of 18'-0' at the ridge. The main hall is wrapped with a porch that also has exposed wood rafters. From 1996 to 2004, The Russell Partnership Inc. performed a number of architectural professional services for the Miami- <br />Dade County Community College. Projects titled "Inspection" are those which required observation of <br /> construction, reports and evaluation of projects designed by other architectural/engineering firms. <br /> Projects titled "Plan Review" are those that required the evaluation of drawings and specification prepared <br /> by other architectural/engineering firms.
