RVL took on this <br />challenging project and created a vibrant and rejuvenated contemporary <br />design showroom and sales area while maintaining the entire facility <br />operational. Responsibilities included Program Development, Schematic & <br />Design Development, and Construction Administration Services for the <br />project. Scope of work included the restoration of the facility after the <br />destruction of the showroom and offices by a major fire. These <br />features are enhanced by their proximity to Biscayne Bay and by the <br />breathtaking views associated with it. The structure has maximized the 2.5 <br />acre site and become one of Miami's most celebrated residential towers. <br />The building's and pedestal's design take full advantage of the views <br />offered by the site. The floor plan layout offers different residents a range <br />of spectacular 360 degree views from the ocean to the everglades and from <br />the upper Keys to our neighbor city on the north.
