RVL took on this <br />challenging project and created a vibrant and rejuvenated contemporary <br />design showroom and sales area while maintaining the entire facility <br />operational. Responsibilities included Program Development, Schematic & <br />Design Development, and Construction Administration Services for the <br />project. Scope of work included the restoration of the facility after the <br />destruction of the showroom and offices by a major fire. These <br />features are enhanced by their proximity to Biscayne Bay and by the <br />breathtaking views associated with it.
