This structure, located on a 6.1 acre site, is some 339,600 SF of gross building area. A 9,600 SF showroom area for vehicle display, future exhibits, displays and presentations is at the heart of this building. The Administrative component looks over the 2 story showroom and creates a dramatic view to below. I was part of the initial design team and helped coordinate the buildings criteria to meet the LEED Gold certification applicant. This 16 story, 285,000 SF mixed use residential Icommercial project is Just blocks north of the new perfonning arts center in the heart of Miami. There are 119 units ranging from 1 bedroom studios to 1,350 SF 2 story penthouses atop the tower. Located on the north side of the Miami River and in the heart of the medical district this luxury 16 unit, 4 stories residential building is one of Miami newest additions. By using the concept of 'thru-unit', each unit has a view to the river and to the city skyline.
