BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />This unique mixed use complex in the Mediterranean style of architecture is now a landmark structure in <br />the City of Coral Gables, Florida. This collaboration of exclusive auto dealership, housing Porsche, Jaguar, <br />Ferrari, Austin Martin and Audi along with a restaurant &retail space (35,000 SF) on the ground level and <br />a seven story, 135,000 SF office building, is now the heart of the area's new commercial and retail <br />development. The dealership's 26,000 SF, two story volume showroom spaces, captures the West, North <br />and East comer of a city block. It houses a total of 890 parking spaces <br />in five levels, including 300 spaces in a basement level. <br />This building has blended into the city's vernacular and has <br />become one of its main focal points and the stepping <br />stone for the areas revitalization. <br />Size of project: 606,000 gross square feet <br /> <br />c.
