<br />Elizabeth Piotrowski has 20 years of experience in project management and construction administration that encompasses a wide
<br />range of project types and sizes including municipal projects, mixed-use, renovation, commercial, hospitality, high-rise residential,
<br />educational facilities and sports arenas. She combines her technical and managerial expertise with a close coordination and
<br />administration of each project. Her responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, design development through construction
<br />administration as well as providing leadership of architectural and engineering teams.

<br />ground floor restaurant. The project is connected to a metrorail station and a bus exchange with a pedestrian plaza. The

<br />Comprehensive renovation of the historic Art Deco Miracle Mile Theatre into a Performing Arts Center with ADA accessibility
<br />provided throughout the facility. The 600-seat Mainstage Auditiorium was restored, a portion of large balcony was transformed into
<br />a separate 300 seat Children's Theatre and a 100 seat black box performance space was added. Improvements also included
<br />restoration of the Art deco style lobby, box office and entrance facility, addition of classroom space and elevator to administrative
<br />offices.
