The project is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development consisting of a <br />210-key Hilton Garden Inn hotel, 156,000 sf of Class A offices and a two-story, 100,000 sf retail and restaurant space including a deli- <br />grocer located between the Metrorail and Metromover on Coral Way in Miami. <br /> <br />The project will provide additional hospitality and retail services for the fast growing Brickell Area. As a number of high-end luxury <br />hotels have recently been opened in Miami, the hotel of this development is targeting the much needed service to the business <br />community. <br /> <br />The 10-story hotel features a two-story atrium lobby with a contemporary interior design including a grand staircase, a bar and <br />restaurant and an aquarium. Other amenities include 5,000 sf of meeting facilities, a fitness center and a swimming pool. <br /> <br />The office building will have a seven-story glass atrium nestled within an urban plaza with convenient access to the other services <br />offered by the development. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
