I' - I I FIRM BACKGROUND Dorsky Hodgson Parrish Yue (DHPY) is an award winning, full service architecture, planning, interior and environmental graphics design firm. The firm was founded in Cleveland in 1959, it opened its South Florida office in 1970, and its Washington, D. C. office in 1999. The Florida office has been operating at the current address at One Financial Plaza, Suite 2400 in downtown Fort Lauderdale since 2000. The firm has a diversified practice in governmental, office, retail, residential, hospitality, senior living, health care and mixed-use developments. DHPY is built with a group of dedicated professionals which has a reputation in the industry for providing high quality and responsive services to its clients. The repeated clients of the firm are represented by some of the most reputable, successful, quality conscious and demanding developers and institutions in the country. For over five decades, our commitment to excellence in design and service has been driven by an approach with the partners' hands on involvement and a fixed team assigned to projects from the beginning to their completion. The Florida office is lead by an energetic Partner, who will act as the primary contact for the project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. The assigned team has completed many projects over the years under his leadership, and has always been known for its resolve and ability to respond quickly with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude to please in servicing its clients. That attitude is founded on a belief that we are here to provide the best service possible supported by a depth of technical knowledge and experience from small interior renovation projects to large complex mixed-use developments. The firm's combined gross revenue of the three offices during the 2008 fiscal year was $25.3 million including $7.1 million from its Florida office. The firm's revenue of the 2009 fiscal year was $9.4 million with $1. 7 million from its Florida office. The firm currently has thirty eight (38) employees including eight (8) based in its Fort Lauderdale Office.
