The campus setting will offer independent, assisted, and special care living units with <br />planned affordable senior housing when completed. DHPY completed the first phase, featuring <br />a HUD 202 project consisting of a 4-story, 95-unit mid-rise building in 2006. The second phase <br />of this project was completed in October 2008.
