A major compo- <br />nent includes a Roof Asset Management <br />Program (RAMP). ACAl's responsibility <br />is to provide the University a program by <br />which they can monitor the condition of <br />all the roofs of owned properties. <br /> <br />ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which pro- <br />vides a baseline of knowledge on each <br />building roof and establishes its condi- <br />tions at the time of the visit. The RA <br />includes a roof plan sketch, pictures of <br />the building and provides a general over- <br />view of the deck at a glance identifying <br />the building and naming the roofing <br />installer, the size and type of roof in place <br />and the status of the warranty in place. <br />During the preparation of the RA, ACAI <br />conducts the first semiannual inspection <br />and prepares a roof conditions report. <br /> <br />ACAI then conducts semiannual visits.
