We have successfully completed many similar and relevant projects for various South Florida School Districts, Government Agencies and Colleges. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS As detailed in the professional resumes herein, the proposed team for this project is highly qualified, by professional background and credentials, and also by broad experience in similar projects to meet the needs of this project. Our team members will provide the flexibility to address many different issues associated with minor projects of the magnitude you describe within this contract. LOCATION Our office is located in the heart of South Florida, near main arterials of the city and can provide immediate services to any of the anticipated project locations. Our geographic location within the South Florida area, gives us the knowledge and experience with the similar types of climate and wind conditions. VOLUME OF WORK Our current projects are all in construction or in bidding phases, therefore, we know the team will provide the required services for any project. Furthermore, we are eager for the opportunity to provide you with our Professional Architectural Design Services. RESPONSIVENESS As a small firm, Architeknics, Inc. can offer direct client contact with 3 firm principals (who will be responsible for the projects) and the coordination of the project directly with management, the heart of the responsive effort. Also, with our fully-automated CADD/BIM stations, we are able to produce accurate and consistent drawings in a timely manner that can be changed without undo delays.
