Q: In Addendum #4 for RFQ 10-04-01, in response to question #7, the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach states that the list of projects for the past 5 years is included in the 10- <br />page limit. <br /> <br />However, this is contradictory to Addendum #3, in response to question #4, in which <br />the City states that the list of all projects for the past 5 years is excluded from the 10- <br />page limit. <br /> <br />Please clarify if the list of projects for the past 5 five years is included or excluded <br />from the 10-page limit. <br /> <br />A: My apology for the confusion. In the ten pages, you should include anything that you <br />feel is relevant to your presentation, obviously potentially including experience. The <br />formal presentation of experience for the past five years will not be counted as part of <br />the ten pages. <br /> <br />10. Q. If the contact person in Item 5 is also one of the listed in Item 6 (where all her <br />information will be shown), is necessary to write her information in Item 5? <br /> <br />A: You only need to slate that they are one in the same. <br />
