The site was <br />maximized to contain the building, the required parking and an <br />outdoor testing facility. The testing facility included a sprinting <br />track for the athletes located on the east side of the property. <br />The architecture is a blend of traditional and modern Florida <br />vernacular. <br /> <br />Cost: $1 Million <br /> <br />25.
