The building and site are treated with a 'Green' approach in <br />many of the different features present: There is a lake/pond at the northwest <br />portion of the property that acts as a storm water collection point and a focal <br />point for the site. On the south side of the building, large overhangs protect <br />the building from the Southern exposure.
