When mistakes or problems <br />Occur, Seay Towing endeavors to resolve the dispute as quickly and fairly as possible. In many instances, <br />Seay Towi ng resolves customer disputes within 1-2 business days of notification of the issue. <br /> <br />Seay Towing is familiar with the SIPD Complaint and Dispute Resolution procedures outlined in the RFQ. <br />Seay Towing is always able to make a timely response to any inquiry made by the SIPD and is able and <br />ready to provide documents or information to the SIPD upon request. We agree to be bound by any <br />determination by the SIPD records, subject to our right of appeal. <br /> <br />We agree that any complaint involving a SIPD vehicle will be reported to the City Manager as required. <br />
