In a span of nearly two decades Tally has designed, implemented, serviced, and completed many design, construction engineering inspection, material testing and inspection projects as well as building inspections. Due to quality of services provided in these projects, Tally has established a solid reputation with the Florida Department of Transportation, municipalities and building general contractors, statewide. The main advantage Tally has over its competitors is that outside of quality services it provides it also brings its extensive experience and knowledge in material testing, design, inspection, geotechnical and laboratory services, and material engineering know- how to the table. No other local engineering firm has the same level of experience and extent of qualifications necessary to offer all these services and experiences in one package. Tally's team will be led by Mr. Pirooz Borojerdi, P.E., who has over 25 years of practical engineering experience (over 20 of which has been with FOOT in design, geotechnical, material testing, pavement evaluation, and construction, in both the vertical and transportation environment. Given these qualifications, Tally is the best candidate to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with the services required through this RFQ because of its knowledge and experience combined with its well qualified, equipped, and experienced team that has a proven record of providing services to meet all the requirements and challenges facing the City of Sunny Isles Beach to achieve its goals. Bid Administration (selection and letting) Tally is not only eminently qualified to provide the required services, as will be demonstrated by the remainder of this submission, but Tally has successfully provided the services sought by the City of Sunny Isles Beach during the past five years.
