B&A was a part of developing and implementing the S6 billion dollar Capital Development Program from its <br />inception, taking charge of long-range planning, MPO approvals, community participation processes, environmental permitting and <br />project procurement. <br /> <br />Projects included a 2-mile extension of State Road B36, the planning tor the Central Parkway connecting the Golden Glades to <br />Miami International Airport. the reconstruction of State Road B36, Miami's main east/west expressway, and the Interconnector, a 1. <br />mile expressway connecting State Road 836 with State Road 112 and MIA.
