BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />B&A was commissioned to provide architecture, engineering, master planning, and landscape architecture services tor this '/2-acre <br />waterfront park. Fully utilizing a relatively small area, the design for the park incorporates a new stage, reslrooms, playground, exercise <br />path, picnic shellers and docks for local boating and canoeing enthusiasts. With a prime location on the Intracoastal waterway, a <br />key objective of the design was to take full advantage of the waterfront location, this was accomplished by utilizing berming and <br />landscaping to direct views and provide opportunities tor park users to safely enjoy the waterfront location.
