(B&A) was retained for the purposes of providing CEI services required for fhe development of the <br />water mains, sanitary sewer mains and milling and resurfacing improvements along Indian Creek Drive between 26th and 41st <br />streets. <br /> <br />The scope of services includes onsite construction inspections, reviewing, monitoring and approving payment requisitions from <br />contractors, producing reporfs and updates concerning project progress, attending and addressing meetings with City officials, <br />boards and neighborhood groups impacted by the project and approving requests for Change Orders whenever necessary.
