<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The following proposal is for the Consulting Services: <br /> <br />Venue / Attraction Report: <br />1. We will provide a "shopping lists" of venues, attractions, experiences, and possible animal <br />environments that can be considered for implementation in the project. <br />2. Each item on the list will include the following: <br />a) Brief description of venue with photo. <br />b) Description of the equipment required to operate the venue (provide photo if available). <br />c) Estimated initial investment cost to implement venue or attraction (including installation and <br />equipment costs). <br />d) Estimated monthly costs to operate. <br />e) Estimated income revenues (per ticket sale). <br /> <br />Master Plannin2: <br />1. We will review and provide comments on the existing Schematic Design drawings in relation to <br />the list of venues and attraction recommendations. <br />2. We will provide any applicable recommendations in relation the site plan and building plan <br />layout. <br /> <br />Meetin2s: <br />1. One initial meeting to become familiar with the site and the project in general. A copy of the <br />Schematic Design package will be available and provided during the meeting. <br />2. One follow-up meeting to review Consultants Report and discuss recommendations.
