As shown, revenue is projected at <br />$30,748,206 in 2012. <br /> <br />OPERATING EXPENSES <br /> <br />In estimating operating expenses for the proposed aquarium, lAD reviewed the operating <br />experience of aquariums of similar scale for use as a model. As shown in Table #1 I, operating <br />expenses at the proposed aquarium are project to be $19,072,085 in 2012 <br /> <br />NET OPERATING INCOME <br /> <br />Table #12 presents lAD's projections of net operating income for the proposed aquarium. Net <br />operating income is the difference between projected revenue and projected operating expenses.
