Smith, P.E., Senior Vice President & COO, responsibilities include management of daily business <br />operations for 40+ member civil engineering and surveying firm with gross sales of $5.5+ million. Oversee all areas <br />of business including engineering, surveying, construction management services, accounting and human resources. <br />Specifically oversees all transportation/ roadway projects including studies, reports and design. Ensure proper <br />allocation of resources, staffing, financial management, quality control and timely project completion. <br /> <br />Gene R. Schriner, P.E., President, is part of the Quality Assurance Team and is responsible for the business <br />development of the 40+ member civil engineering and surveying firm with gross sales of $5.5 Million. Mr. Schriner <br />initiates business development opportunities and client coordination. Also supervises and manages the <br />Governmental and Utility Consulting Department. Mr. Schriner is involved with the conceptual design and planning of <br />water and wastewater treatment projects ranging in size from 1.0 MGD up to 10.0 MGD. <br /> <br />Orlando Rubio, P.E., Senior Supervising Engineer, is a designer of various surface water management systems <br />with established criteria, engineering principles, and normal construction practices. Mr. Rubio conducts field and <br />office visits with clients, permitting agency staff, and other project coordination as necessary. Mr. Rubio worked <br />for Broward County in the Water Resources Division. Mr. Rubio has extensive experience reviewing complex <br />surface water management license applications consisting of administrative and legal data, engineering reports, <br />computer program output and construction plans. Mr. Rubio conducted review in accordance with established <br />criteria, engineering principles, and normal construction practices to produce a written report in a prescribed <br />format. Mr. Rubio coordinated reviews with the SFWMD, FDEP and/or County agencies and the delegation of the <br />Environmental Resource Permitting program for Broward County from SFWMD and FDEP. <br /> <br />Peter A. Kunen, P.E., Project Manager, has over ten (10) years of experience as a Project Engineer/Manager in <br />design and construction services in water, sewer projects and stormwater pump stations. He coordinates water <br />and wastewater permitting. Mr. Kunen has worked with several municipalities such as City of Margate, City of <br />Okeechobee, City of Tamarac, Town of Pembroke Park, City of North Miami and Village of Bal Harbour. <br /> <br />Matthew G. Harold, P.E., Supervising Engineer, has over eleven years of engineering experience. His background <br />includes project management of various private site work development of municipal design projects including: water, <br />sanitary sewer (including master plans), storm drainage (including master plans), parking area, roadway and <br />feasibility studies. <br /> <br />AI Caruso, E.I., Project Engineer, is responsible for the design of various components of land development <br />engineering projects including design, calculations, cost estimates and certifications, feasibility studies and Phase I <br />environmental site assessments. <br /> <br />Robert D. Keener, P.S.M., Vice President of Surveying, has been licensed in the State of Florida for 18 years <br />and with over 29 years of surveying experience such as utility and stormwater master planning. As Vice President <br />of the CAS Survey Division, Mr. Keener heads a qualified survey staff that includes both CADD and field personnel. <br />His staff is proficient with the latest survey technology available to the industry including AutoCAD Civil3D 2010. <br />Mr. Keener was also responsible for creating Route Surveys used for engineering design for many municipalities <br />including Bal Harbour Village, Town of Golden Beach, City of Sweetwater, Town of Pembroke Park, City of Oakland <br />Park, City of South Bay, City of Pahokee and the City of Okeechobee. <br /> <br />Michael Sarver, P.S.M., Project Surveyor, has over 34 years experience and is responsible for supervising survey <br />field crews and survey technicians for the preparation of boundary surveys, right-of-way surveys, plats, legal <br />descriptions and sketches, earthwork computations, as-built surveys and construction surveying. <br /> <br />CRAIG A.
