(EAC) (Stale of I lorida MBE) was established in 1994 <br />with a goal to prm'ide engineering consulting sen'ices for infrastructure <br />improvement and de\'elopment projects for public and private sector agencies. <br />Our O\'erall commitment to the practice of engineering as well as our objecti\'e <br />to maintain excellence in the quality of our sen'ices has enabled us to maintain <br />long-term relationships with our clients and an impressi\'e growth rate.
