<br />SECTION 2- KEY PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS/WORKLOAD/TEAM ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />Key to the success of the City's 1\lission is its ability to implement infrastructure impro\'ements which <br />imprm'e the general li\'ability of the community, EAC will sen'e as an extension of the City staff and will <br />"tailor fit" our ser\'ices to the City's needs, E/\C is committed to taking (l\\'nership of this contract in order <br />to pr<l\'ide a high qualit\, product and sen,ices to the City within the allotted schedule. <br /> <br />EAC also has the a\'ailable resources to fully exceed the le\'el of performance expected on this contract and <br />carry its current and projected workload, \Ve will be committed to excellence, to fully satisfying the needs of <br />the Cit~" and to meeting all requirements of the project/ continuing contract. <br /> <br />2.1 Project Manager <br /> <br />Our designated project manager for this project Michael Adeife, P.E. has more <br />than se\'enteen (18) years of combined engineering and construction experience. <br />Mr. Adeife will O\'ersee EAC's sen'ices on the project. l\1r. Adeife has successfull~" <br />held positions that range from design engineer to project manager to department <br />manager, and as such is familiar with e\'ery aspect of consulting engineering. In his <br />role as project manager/principal engineer, 1'\1r. Adeife will coordinate and <br />communicate directly with the City on issues relating to project assignments/ tasks, <br />design procedures and implementation as well as general project coordination, He <br />will also work diligently with task engineers to ensure that the maximum le\'e1 of <br />sen'ice is prO\'ided to the City. <br /> <br />In addition, 1'\1r. Adeife is knowledgeable of jurisdictional requirements and standards for general ci\'il <br />engineering design, land de\'e1opment and municipal infrastructure de\'elopment, He has worked directly with <br />se\'eral local municipal and public agency clients in developing comprehensi\'e plans, conceptual/final <br />engineering designs and technical specifications for small, medium and large infrastructure impro\'ements <br />projects. Mr. Adeife is \'ery familiar with established contractual procedures on miscellaneous sen'ices <br />contracts and has worked seamlessly on se\'eral prior undertakings. 1'\1r. Adeife's pf(wen skills as a project <br />manager, his di\'erse engineering experience, and his commitment to deli\'ery of a quality, on schedule and <br />budget controlled project makes him well suited for the management of this project. .\Ir. Crooks has successfully held positions that range from design engineer to project <br />manager, and as such is familiar with e\'ery aspect of consulting engineering. His expertise is extensi\'e in <br />the areas of ci\'il, roadway and structural engineering sen'ices for similar projects, He has prm'ided <br />drainage plans, maintenance of traffic plans, and utility plans. Mr. Crooks is experienced in all aspects of <br />project coordination required to make projects a success.
