Projects include office renovations, escalator <br />upgrades, and an emergency system upgrade at the County Courthouse. <br /> <br />Pompano Beach Continuing Services Contract, Pompano Beach, FL <br />Project Caine, Inc. is providing MEP services under this continuing services <br />contract which consists of various miscellaneous engineering projects. <br /> <br />FAU Continuing Engineering Services Contract, Boca Raton, FL <br />Project Caine, Inc. provided MEP services on numerous small renovation projects <br />such as offices, laboratories, gymnasiums, lighting studies, lightning protection <br />studies and design, fire alarm systems, etc. <br /> <br />FlU Continuing Services Contract, Miami, FL <br />Project Caine, Inc. provided MEP services on numerous small renovations at the <br />university which included laboratories, gymnasiums, offices and classrooms. <br /> <br />Sad kin Community Center, Lauderhill, FL <br />Project Caine, Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for <br />the renovation of the existing Sad kin Community Center. The project is a two- <br />story Community Center with approximately 6,800 SF on each floor. The existing <br />roof top units were replaced. Only selected areas were renovated. Most of the <br />first floor ceiling was replaced. New lighting was provided. New ductwork was <br />provided. <br /> <br />Nanay Community Center, Hallandale, FL <br />Project Caine, Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering <br />for this project. The total project cost was $3M. This project consisted of the <br />renovation and upgrade of the existing community center in Miami Beach, Florida. <br />The project was on two stories and each about 4000 SF. The design provided for <br />the addition of another story and a roof deck. The project included a kitchen, <br />bathrooms, offices, recreational areas, and meeting rooms. <br /> <br />T responsive engineering <br />
