<br />Ravi Devaguptapu, P.E., PTOE
<br />Mr. Devaguptapu has over fifteen years of experience
<br />in transportation engineering and planning projects
<br />as well as traffic studies and data collection projects.
<br />He managed and actively participated in numerous
<br />Districtwide statistics contract for District One, Four,
<br />Six and Seven. Mr. Devaguptapu has project
<br />experience in Regional Travel Characteristics Study,
<br />Districtwide Systems Planning, Transportation
<br />Statistics and East Lake Road Corridor Planning Study.

<br />Myra E. Patino, P.E., PMIP
<br />Ms. Patino has over fifteen years of experience and
<br />has been Project Manager and Task Manager on
<br />several transportation planning and traffic
<br />engineering projects. She has been involved in a
<br />variety of projects including Alternatives Analysis (AA)
<br />studies, PD&E Studies, Interchange Modification
<br />Reports (IMR), Environmental Assessments (EA),
<br />Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and Traffic
<br />Impact Studies. She also has extensive experience
<br />with public involvement and traffic simulation
<br />analysis.

<br />Mohsen Salehi, ACIP, ITE (F)
<br />
<br />Mr. Salehi has played a major role in resolution of
<br />comprehensive plan amendments/EAR/aRC and
<br />concurrency issues, in formulation & revisions of land
<br />development codes, in transportation/ Infrastructure
<br />planning and traffic/parking studies, as well as in
<br />various tasks including major DRls and development
<br />reviews and zoning cases, redevelopment, visioning
<br />and urban design planning for various city and county
<br />clients.

<br />Scott Farash, P.E.
<br />Mr. Farash is a senior project manager with 24 years
<br />of engineering experience, the last 17 years
<br />specializing in designing, managing, and marketing
<br />transportation projects. Management experience
<br />includes FOOT Roadway and PD&E projects, District-
<br />wide contracts, maintaining client relationships, sub-
<br />consultant coordination, personnel management of
<br />cross-functional team and LAP project management.

<br />Project experience includes Roadway Design, PD&E,
<br />Feasibility & Safety Studies, and GIS Mapping.

<br />Luou Shen, Ph.D
<br />Dr. Shen has three years of experience in traffic
<br />engineering, transportation modeling and intelligent
<br />transportation systems (ITS) projects. He has
<br />mastered the use of software tools including
<br />AIMSUN, VISSIM, CORSIM, ARENA, HCS+, SYNCHRO,
<br />TransCAD, CUBE, DYNASMART, ArcGIS, IDAS, National
<br />ITS Architecture, Florida Turbo Architecture.

<br />Paresh Patel
<br />Mr. Paresh has over 21 years of experience in Traffic
<br />Engineering and Transportation Planning Projects. He
<br />has been involved in a wide variety of projects
<br />including the FSUTMS modeling, transportation
<br />analysis, construction cost estimate and review of
<br />Traffic Impact Statements.

<br />Randy C. Adams
<br />Mr. Adams has eight years experience with signal
<br />design, lighting design, and SLD production. He has
<br />managed or actively participated in various projects
<br />for closed loop traffic signal design, coordination and
<br />traffic control plans, Maintenance of Traffic Design
<br />and is proficient in the use of Microstation.

<br />Hyunmin Cho, E.I.
<br />Mr. Cho has three years of experience in traffic
<br />engineering, planning and forecasting. He has
<br />performed various traffic studies and analyzed traffic,
<br />parking, and pedestrians for existing and future
<br />conditions and assesses impacts on the surrounding
<br />roadway network.

<br />Kranthi Kavuri, E.I.
<br />Ms. Kavuri has 2 years of experience in Traffic
<br />Engineering. She has performed traffic studies
<br />including traffic forecasting, traffic counts, vehicle
<br />classifications, functional classification studies,
<br />turning movement studies, speed studies, travel time
<br />& delay studies, parking studies, vehicle gap studies.
