ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br />30, PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY THE AGENCY, ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED, <br /> <br />The STE Team will maintain an active web site with a secure FTP link for City staff and / or sub-consultants to <br />download and upload documents for prompt review and comments. Autodesk Sun-Tech Engineering (STE) is <br />proud of the ability to fast track or expedite projects if required by the City. Effective project management and <br />adherence to operational protocol by all personnel including sub-consultants will ensure that projects are <br />completed in the most efficient and expeditious manner. Management of personnel time, performance and <br />productivity combined with the great technological advancements in electronic data management and transfer <br />will enable the STE Team to fast-track any given task under this contract. <br /> <br />Design Review software will be available to allow City staff and sub-consultants to view, print, measure, mark <br />up and revise 2D and 3D drawings without the original design-creation software. This allows a fully paperless <br />review and approval process, Once the drawing is reviewed electronically with Autodesk Design Review <br />software, the drawing can be uploaded back into the FTP site with corrections and comments noted to enable <br />immediate response by the STE Team. Utilizing this software significantly reduces time for review and approval <br />cycles and reduces printing and shipping costs.
