These reviews involved evaluations of Land Use Amendments, traffic impact studies, <br />unincorporated County lands being annexed into the City, calculations of impact, and reviews of multi-family proposed <br />development sites. McMahon also assisted the City by meeting with the various applicants and coordinating with their <br />professionals to resolve comments/concerns on the impact of the development through the process for the applicant to seek <br />approval. <br /> <br />Entire Project Cost: $41,800 <br />Work for which Firm was/is responsible: $41,800 <br /> <br />25.
