<br />Mr. Taylor has been responsible for a multitude of municipal engineering and development projects throughout
<br />Florida. This includes master design responsibility and oversight for a variety of projects. His goal is to instill
<br />within his group the importance of diligent project manager-to-client communications, as well as project
<br />manager-agency communications. Another prime focus has been the strong project schedule management,
<br />allowing clients to focus on other matters of importance while remaining confident that their projects are in
<br />capable hands.

<br />Mr. Taylor has 26 years of experience in civil engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida,
<br />Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. He has managed at a single time, as many as 25 design professionals
<br />within his office. In addition, he spent two years as a Vice President of Development for a major Florida retail
<br />developer.

<br />Mr. Taylor has performed a number of studies, design and permitting for roadway, and drainage on municipal,
<br />commercial, institutional, recreational, and industrial projects in Florida, and the Caribbean.
