<br />a. Mr. Messerian served as project manager for this project that serves 62 residences on an island with new water mains,
<br />sanitary sewer, and under grounding of electrical power, cable television, and telephone. In addition, drainage
<br /> improvements including curb and gutter, retention areas, pollution retardant devices, and a stormwater collection
<br /> system were constructed. Services, such as electric power, water, and sewer were financed by the City at the current
<br /> rate of interest over a period of 15 years.

<br />c. The project involved developing the Town of Surfside Stormwater Management Master Plan to address environmental
<br /> protection and reduce flooding within the Town. The Master Plan included the engineering analysis through modeling
<br /> of the stormwater management system to formulate the best approach to alleviate pollutant discharge loadings to
<br /> Biscayne Bay from the project site and also to improve the hydraulic performance of the existing drainage system.
