<br />Ms. Lee has 17 years of professional experience and heads up CGA's Environmental Planning Department coordinating our
<br />regulatory permitting, environmental planning, site assessment, resource management and environmental technical
<br />support services. Prior to joining CGA, Ms. Lee was a Biologist with the Growth Management Division of Monroe County. In
<br />general, Ms. Lee:
<br />. Provides permitting services for environmental resources permits at the local, state and federal level
<br />. Coordinates interagency and multi-disciplinary team efforts
<br />. Provides the most feasible development and mitigation options, and the probable costs for mitigation options
<br />. Provides tree mitigation plans and tree removal permitting services
<br />. Conducts wetland delineations and wetland functional assessments

<br /> habitats within 28.4 acres of upland and wetland pastureland heavily infested with invasive/nuisance species.
<br /> Existing isolated tree islands containing native trees and shrubs were identified and protected from mechanical
<br /> disturbance, while the site was cleared of exotic trees and the marsh and slough habitats were excavated. After
<br /> clearing and excavation, native plant species were installed. Monthly monitoring continues.

<br /> multi-family and 2,000 single-family homes plus commercial office development, parks, and schools on 1,428 acres. It
<br /> also involved creating a 204 are, high-quality fresh water wetland system, a mix of forested wetland, marsh, hammock
<br /> open water habitat, and Wood Stork feeding areas. Continues quarterly field monitoring and regulatory compliance.

<br /> comprise 2,000 acres of created and restored wetlands from historic Everglades sawgrass habitat, marshes and
<br /> sloughs with tree islands, littoral shelves, and transitional wetlands. Oversees control of invasive exotic vegetation
<br /> through scheduled inspections. Reviews all development applications for compliance with landscape and tree
<br /> preservation codes.
