<br />Mr. Feoli leads the Landscape Department in creative design strategies and whose specialties include urban design,
<br />contextual analysis and branding. His also leads all of CGA's master planning, community participation efforts and
<br />graphic communication services. His experience has encompassed a wide array of project-types, but his strengths
<br />lie in park design, streetscapes and urban interventions, and form-based urban design and planning.

<br />Turnpike. Signature plantings will encompass a gateway design with special obranding" elements to distinguish the
<br />new City. This will include special pavers and lush plantings while maintaining safe line-of-sight for the heavily used

<br />Mr. Feoli was responsible for the implementation of all the BOOR's components, from design development through
<br />construction documentation and into construction management. The agenda for the project was to ensure aesthetic
<br />qualities in neighborhoods that presently have an ever-increasing demand for parking. To affect this, the installation
<br />of planted bulb-outs, medians and planting strips within the Right-of-Way were implemented to beautify the
<br />neighborhoods, provide shade for pedestrians, lessen the amount of storm water runoff demands of the existing
<br />infrastructure and minimize the existin heat-island conditions..

<br />Mr. Feoli was responsible for creating a vision for the newly established Sunny Isles Town Center, through the
<br />development of zoning ordinances specific to the 'district'. Mr. Feoli worked closely with civic and community leaders
<br />to address the City's and the residents' concerns pertaining to overall densities, building heights, land uses, volumetric
<br />character of the building masses, and open space requirements. Mr. Feoli, as a part of the visioning process, developed
<br />a conceptual master plan that would alternatively drive the patterns of development in the town center. In addition,
<br />great emphasis was given to the character of the sidewalk conditions and how they promote a pedestrian-friendly and
<br />street-level culture that drives the vitality of a town center. Mr. Feoli presented the concepts and gained public input
<br />and consensus throu h several communi worksho sand throu h commission hearin s.

<br />Mr. Feoli worked closely with Town Staff to devise a strategy for improving the qualities and character of the Town's
<br />west island's neighborhood, something the Town had been struggling with for over 5 years prior to contracting CGA.
<br />The project consists of engineering and landscape improvements that will in essence upgrade the residential streets.
<br />The proposal provides for designated walking areas, planted and irrigated bulb-outs and signage throughout. While
<br />the scope of the project is similar to others in nature that CGA has performed, this project stands out as one where
<br />CGA's heavy involvement in marketing, graphics and conflict resolution took center stage. These skills aided Mr. Feoli
<br />is facilitating approval of the final design strategy, despite competing interests tearing it at its seams with varying
<br />riorities: arkin versus safe versus beau all in less than ade uate s ace.
