They are <br />educators, community leaders, activists, <br />volunteers, artists, architects, sculptors and <br />LEED Accredited Professionals. This mix <br />of talent allows us to provide our Clients <br />with holistic, well-rounded design solutions <br />that, beyond considering all the functional <br />and implementation issues needed to be <br />resolved, ensure a design product that, once <br />built, will provide for longevity, experience, <br />value and unique identities necessary to <br />establish community branding and buy-in. <br />Our staff counts on registered landscape <br />architects with more than sixty (60) years of <br /> <br />collective professional experience, supported by a <br />strong team of experts. Graphics <br />· Feasibility studies <br /> <br />SURVEY & MAPPING <br />The Surveying and Mapping Division offers the <br />services, staff and technology to ensure that every <br />survey project is executed successfully, and to our <br />clients' satisfactions. CGA provides boundary <br />surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, GPS <br />surveys, As-built surveys, sub-surface utility location <br />surveys, Right-of-Way mapping, infrastructure <br />layout, platting services, etc... <br /> <br />The Survey department maintains seven (7) field <br />crews out of the Fort Lauderdale office which can be <br />utilized for any projects for the City of Su nny Isles <br />Beach. Our firm has nine (9) survey grade GPS <br />systems available and we are capable of both static <br />and RTK GPS surveying. <br /> <br />CGA's six (6) professional surveyors (not including <br />field crew) have nearly one hundred forty (140) <br />years of collective surveying experience. In addition <br />to Chapter 177, CGA's surveyors are familiar with <br />Chapter 287.055, Chapter 472, Florida Statute, and <br />61G17, Florida Administrative Code. <br /> <br />
