<br />As Senior Principal, Group President for the Structural Group of TRC Worldwide Engineering,
<br />Inc., Mr. Wassink is responsible for managing design teams and project management for both

<br />As Engineering Manager for TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc., Mr. Unterweger has proven his
<br />ability to produce cost-effective structural system designs by demonstrating effective management
<br />techniques and utilizing construction experience to overcome project constraints imposed by
<br />program designs and budget. He has developed an extensive background in design utilizing
<br />various types of structural systems including concrete, steel, wood and aluminum, and cast-in-
<br />place, prestressed and post-tensioned concrete. His experience has enabled him to effectively
<br />manage projects while providing a high level of client satisfaction with engineer services and
<br />structural drawings.

<br />Mr. Charland has more than forty-six years experience in practically all types of structures
<br />encountered in the field of civil engineering. He was an active member of the Broward County
<br />Central Examining Board for Engineering Construction from 1976 until 2005, a past member of
<br />the Structural Committee of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals, and was a key
<br />member of the Department of Community Affairs Hurricane Andrew Damage Assessment Team.
<br />In April 2005, Mr. Charland was appointed by Florida Governor Bush to serve a 4-year term on
<br />the eleven-member Florida Board of Professional Engineers. In 2009, he was reappointed by
<br />Governor Crist for another 4-year term.
