Proposed are the following: demolition of 2 buildings, construction of a new building, <br />resurfacing of the existing lots and improving the drainage system to meet DERM's criteria. <br /> <br />This project proposes to retain the stormwater runoff on- <br />site within exfiltration trenches prior to discharge over <br />West 4th Street and into the outfall (canal).
