Behar & Company, Inc. was contracted by the City of North Miami to conduct a speed study for the Keystone Point Neighborhood. <br />This study was prompted by resident's complaints of speeding throughout the neighborhood. The study's objective was to determine the <br />number of vehicles traveling above the speed limit and overall traffic speeds throughout the neighborhood.
