<br />necessary resources to accomplish these needs, as well as building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with our clients.

<br />program. Repeat business is the key to our success and as such we recognize the need to satisfy our clients. Our expertise includes Utility
<br />water and sewer design, structural design of pump stations, bridges, hydrology and hydraulics, environmental restoration, flood control,
<br />erosion control, site plans, paving grading and drainage plans and utility system design and relocation. RJ BEHAR has the capability to
<br />provide plans in AutoCAD and in Microstation systems with. We have prepared structure and facility inspection reports, feasibility studies,
<br />environmental studies, cost estimating services, and have extensive plans, and specifications preparation experience. We have also provided
<br />deliverables in GIS format.

<br />Our internal Quality Assurance Program is integrated in all of our services. The program is monitored by our President, who is responsible for
<br />maintaining the highest degree of quality in all of the services provided by RJ Behar, An independent reviewer reviews all of our professional
<br />services. This process has proven to provide the highest level of quality and cost effective product for our client.

<br />RJ Behar monitors progress on its project on a weekly basis; we monitor the schedule, manpower requirements, major issues requiring
<br />immediate resolution and the project's budget. We utilize custom-made
<br />spreadsheets as well as Microsoft Projects software for project scheduling.

<br />printers, copier machines, networked personal computers, Windows 2003 network
