In this role, Adam's prime responsibilities will <br />be to ensure that all tasks are completed in both a creative and timely manner, that effective communication and collaboration are <br />maintained throughout the process, and that project activities are properly executed and satisfactory to the City. Below we provide <br />brief summaries of credentials, qualifications, and experience of our proposed team members who will serve the City on this <br />contract. <br /> <br />Relevant projects include: <br />. Traffic Concurrency Management Database <br />and Report, Miami Lakes, FL <br /> <br />Adam Kerr, P.E. - Project Manager; Traffic Engineering <br />Professional Qualifications: Professional Engineer in Florida and Illinois <br />Education: Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, Clemson University <br />Years Experience: 8 Years with KHA: 8 <br />Professional Associations: Institute of Transportation Engineers <br />Experience: Adam is a transportation engineer experienced in a variety of <br />transportation planning projects in South Florida. His experience includes <br />preparation of major developments of regional impact (DRls), Florida <br />Department of Transportation (FDOT) action plan analyses, data collection coordination, and computer modeling. He has prepared <br />traffic studies, signal warrant analyses, and traffic signal designs throughout Palm Beach County and South Florida. He serves as the <br />City Traffic Engineer for the City of Greenacres and provides traffic and planning consulting services for the City of Boca Raton. <br /> <br />Adam has assisted the City of Sunny Isles Beach in preparing a signal warrant analysis and traffic signal design at an intersection <br />along Collins Avenue. He also analyzed the site circulation and impacts of the proposed Heritage Park with regard to the local street <br />network and Collins Avenue. Adam has served as a consultant to the Town of Jupiter, providing review of traffic studies, planning <br />studies, and signal design expertise. He prepared the Bush Road Connector Study, which outlined traffic projections and alignment <br />alternatives for a new roadway between Bush Road and Maplewood Drive.
