<br />Pistorino and Alam's engineering services include Planning, Preparation of Contract Drawings and
<br />Spccifications, Bid Administration, and Construction phase services Construction Management,
<br />Construction Inspections, for our Structural, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical
<br />departments. P&A has performed numerous investigations to ensure that original design complies
<br />with the codes, investigation of the existing construction for compliance with the permitted drawings,
<br />structural analysis of the existing deficient construction to determine its compliance with the codes
<br />and the extent of rcpairs required, design of repairs, cost estimating, and construction observation
<br />during construction. Also included is coordination with Building Official, Owners and Architect an
<br />engineers of record to ensure that deficient structure is stable during the repair process. P&A has an
<br />in house unique team of structural engineers, architects, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers
<br />who have become well known and respected in our community.
