BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT {Include scope, size, and cost! <br /> <br />Fraga Engineers was awarded a Continuing Services contract with Miami-Dade County Fire <br />Rescue Department. <br />Fraga Engineers was the MEP Design Criteria Professional on these projects. The projects <br />consisted of (5) new 4,300 gsf fire rescue facilities in Miami, Florida. <br />The budget for each station was approximately $800,000, (total value of work approximately <br />$4.2 million) and the project bids were all under budget. <br />Fraga Engineers was responsible for creating an MEP Design Criteria Package, and <br />functioning as an Owner's representative during the construction process. <br />The list of stations included: Saga Bay Fire Rescue Station No. 55, Honey Hill Fire Rescue <br />Station, West Kendall Fire Rescue Station No. 57, <br />Uleta Fire Rescue Station No. 32, and Hialeah Gardens Fire Rescue Station No. 28 <br />This project showcases Fraga Engineers' ability to work with a governmental agency and <br />provide a state of the art facility for the Owner. <br /> <br />25.
