BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope. size, and cost! <br />Fraga Engineers provided complete MEP services for this project. This compljcated, <br />technical project involved general maintenance for the entire school (including complete <br />re-design and replacement of chillers, air handlers, and ductwork), a new fire protection <br />system installation, interior remodeling of various areas and Auditorium, and complete <br />re-roofing. <br />The project budget was $15 million, and the project GMP was under the budget. <br />This extremely sensitive and complicated project involved the phasing and scheduling of <br />major remodeling and renovation work in every portion of the school while the school was <br />occupied and functioning. <br />The firm selected for the work at the continuing services contract must have intimate <br />knowledge of how to work successfully in a built-out building and/or campus setting, and <br />the Killian project is a prime example of how Lo achieve this. <br /> <br />25.
