We will bring a wealth of experience and cooperative effort to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach that we believe is unmatched by any other firm. <br /> <br /> <br />Major Equipment, MEP System Upgrades, Et Life Safety Systems <br />Fraga Engineers has extensive experience in the design of MEP system upgrades and has completed numerous <br />complicated building renovation and alterations projects to bring an unparalleled experience in this field to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />The Miami Killian High School General Rehabilitation and Remodeling project for M-DCPS is a recently completed (2008) <br />example. This project was a $14 million complete rehabilitation for an existing high school. Working hand in hand with a <br />public agency, Fraga Engineers helped create a highly detailed phasing plan that allowed for minimal disruption to <br />students and teachers. The scope of work for the project involved new fire alarm and HV AC work. Classrooms were also <br />provided with new lighting and fire sprinkler work. The existing Gymnasium and Auditorium were also completely gutted <br />and re-built, with new state of the art systems. The engineer chosen to work for the City of Sunny Isles Beach may well <br />be required to provide complicated building renovations and/or alterations within an occupied building. The work at Miami <br />Killian was a prime example of how Fraga Engineers can work with a public agency on a building renovation requiring <br />work on all MEP disciplines and provide for an excellent finished product while taking care to provide minimal disruption to <br />the building's occupants. <br /> <br />The Concourse E Life Safety Upgrades project is another project that showcases the Fraga Engineer's ability to work in <br />an extremely demanding and complicated environment.
