BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />While employed at Tamara Peacock Architects, Mr. Andres <br />Delgado played a significant role in the Design of the Trivium <br />Park Complex. <br /> <br />c, POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />954-728-8000 <br /> <br />___I <br /> <br />The scope of this Design Built project consisted of adding a <br />second floor to the existing one-story building which houses the <br />Dania Beach City Hall as well as providing fire exits and fire <br />sprinkler systems. The construction type was heavy gauge steel <br />studs as exterior walls due to weight issues on the foundations. <br />The scope also consisted of remodeling the ground floor and <br />designing a custom built staircase that would lead to the second <br />floor. <br /> <br /> <br />One of Mr. Delgado's responsibilities included the generation of <br />Design Documents that would comply with the Building codes, <br />and to review plumbing, electrical and structural drawings as <br />well as shop drawings and materials to be used for construction. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
