<br />\\V <br /> <br />PROJECT HISTORY <br /> <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />Promenade <br />Architectural Design <br /> <br /> <br />While employed at Dorsky, Hodgson, Parrish Hue, our Lead Designer, Mr. Andres Delgado played a significant role <br />in the Design of the Promenade Shopping Center. Mr. Delgado provided architectural services for this LEED <br />certified shopping center which is located in the City of Coconut Creek. This 23 acre mixed use project which <br />features 250,000 slf of upscale shopping and restaurants the first of its kind, and it has approximately 600,000 <br />square feet of retail and office space, as well as two (2) parking structures. <br /> <br />This project is one the first major developments to be built and awarded LEED certification. This is considered <br />Broward County's first Green constructed Building. The scope of work included, but was not limited to site <br />development and master planning. He was responsible for the coordination of all trades (Structural, Mechanical, <br />Engineering and Plumbing, Landscaping, Civil, and all LEED consultants) as pertinent to each of the 14 buildings for <br />permitting purposes as well as production and coordination of retail restaurant build outs. <br /> <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />Miramar Christian Complex <br />Architectural Design <br /> <br /> <br />Designer, Mr. Andres Delgado played a significant role in the Design of the Miramar Christian <br />Complex, Mr, Delgado provided Architectural Design Services for 5,000 seat Christian church to <br />include classrooms for day school (Pre K) and multi sports field (Soccer/football/track) in the City of <br />Miramar. <br /> <br />Areas in the Complex includes management and pastoral offices, cafeteria, rehearsal rooms for choir <br />and band, Mr, Delgado was responsible for the architectural design, construction documents <br />production and the coordination of all trades (Structural, MEP, Landscaping). <br />
