These two individuals are the only persons having a financial interest in <br />our firm. <br /> <br />We are currently subcontracted to work on one US based project, Parkland Reserve, a single <br />family residential community. At this time, we are working on subcontracted opportunities that <br />we have received from overseas. Because of the down turn in the economy, our company has <br />had to seek work overseas. We are currently pursuing work in the states.
