<br />Professional Engineering Services Engineering Design Services Contract. K&S was incorporated in 1972, and has offices throughout Florida,
<br />including our Miami-Dade Office located on NW 41 st Street in Dora!. K&S has played a vital role in assisting Florida and its municipalities
<br />with improving their infrastructure and providing consulting services. We provide similar services to City of Boca Raton, City of Fort
<br />Lauderdale, City of Hallandale Beach, City of Homestead, City of Lauderdale Lakes, City of Port St. Lucie, and Town of Lantana.

<br />with Traffic Engineering studies in various locations. Also, K&S currently has similar contracts with FDOT District 6, University of Miami,
<br />Miami-Dade County, and FDOT District 4 and many others.These prior relationships make us well suited to understand the need of costal
<br />communities. Our experience allows us to understand what is required to work as an effective extension of your staff.As a full service
<br />firm, we have in-house capabilities to meet the majority needs indicated in the scope of services. K&S has extensive expertise in addressing

<br />Mr. Carlos Alcantara, P.E. is assigned as the Project Manager and will serve as the intermediary point-of-contact. He has over 8~2 years
<br />of proven professional experience which focus on the design and management of Civil and Transportation in South Florida. Mr. Alcantara
<br />is based in our Doral office and will be immediately available to respond to all project issues during the duration of the contract. His
<br />design experience encompasses complete project plans preparation and development including roadway design, maintenance of traffic,
<br />traffic operations, drainage, pavement design, utility coordination, environmental permitting, signalization, signing & pavement marking and
<br />lighting.
