POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(305) 665-8852 <br /> <br />New golf course and park area located at Plantation, Florida. <br />This 211-acre parcel will include a 7,000 yard, par 72 <br />championship golf course, a new 6,600 square foot club house <br />that seats 160 guests, a linear park trail with two trailheads that <br />will wind its way through the golf course and 29 acres of <br />wetland preserve. The project included 18-hole Audubon- <br />certified championship golf course, driving range, pro-shop <br />carrying a full line of golf equipment, accessories and apparel, a <br />maintenance building, a storage building, restaurant/kitchen <br />area and offices. The Electrical Design included exterior signage <br />lighting, landscape lighting and parking lighting. <br /> <br /> <br />TLC provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire <br />protection engineering services. <br /> <br />25.
