It includes 2 conference rooms, restroom with shower, individual offices, a break room, and <br />other common areas. All the appliances are Energy Star, all individual offices have daylighting sensors, open spaces or <br />restrooms have occupancy sensors, and all paints and sealants used where low VOc. The conference rooms have C02 <br />sensors and IAQ dampers to control the outside air. There are 7 split systems with pretreated outside air. The shower <br />head is low flow and the faucets are low flow and solar powered. There is a fire alarm system throughout and an IT room <br />for all low voltage systems. The project is LEED(~ Silver Certified for Commercial Interiors.
