Since 1955, clients have relied on TLC professionals for cost effective and functional mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
electronic systems and structural engineering for their technically complex projects. By combining finely-honed
engineering skills, responsive project management and the most current technology in computer-aided design
and drafting, TLC engineers deliver innovation in building systems design.

The firm's focus on superior service and reliable engineering design has provided a solid foundation for growth.
Headquartered in Orlando, TLC operates regional offices in Fort Myers, Cocoa, Tallahassee, Deerfield Beach, Miami,
Tampa, Jacksonville, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee and Dallas, Texas. Our recent ranking in Enqineerinq News Record's
"Top 500" design firms, and Consultinq-Specifyinq Enqineer's "Giants" report reflects the experience of over 300
engineers and support professionals.

Mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, plumbing, and fire protection engineering is provided by a team with expertise
in addressing utility distribution, central energy plants, energy conservative building systems, indoor air quality and code
compliance issues. TLC engineers earn the confidence of clients by staying abreast of innovations in systems and
equipment. By optimizing technical skills, our design vocabulary has expanded to include ice storage systems, low
temperature air distribution, computer power distribution, heat pipe and desiccant systems for humidity control and the
latest technology in lighting, controls and air filtering systems.

Computerized programs are utilized by our staff in design, engineering, document production, program management,
quality control, specifications, and business management. More than 400 high-performance, Intel-based Dell workstations
are optimized to run state-of-the-art software such as AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP
and Microstation. Supporting CAD/BIM productivity are extra large scanners and high-performance wide format Oce
plotters. Our experience includes 3D modeling and clash detection tools such as NavisWorks. We have dozens of high end
state of the art file servers dedicated to providing support for CAD development supported by an internal gigabit backbone.
We are the 2nd largest AutoCAD MEP user in North America.

Advanced computer applications are effectively used to simplify project challenges. Computerized life cycle cost analyses,
DOE-2, Trane TRACE, ASHRAE 90.1, APEC, Carrier HAP, and BLCC programs for energy analyses, and EDSA, Dapper
Captor and Cable programs for electrical analyses assist engineers in efficiently evaluating design options. TLC's strong
dedication to effectively using automated tools results in greater efficiency and better project coordination. Achieving the
firm's mission;

to provide the most cost effective and proven engineering services
that will match each client's needs,

is the overriding goal of our teams as they approach the unique demands of each project with a multi-disciplined team.
TLC's integrated engineering designs create environments of comfort, convenience and safety with flexible, efficient and
economical building systems.
